Danny Clarke

is a very experienced trainer and an associate of trainingreality. He worked for Barclays for over 20 years, leading key operational business areas before becoming a trainer in 1999 and becoming nationally recognised as one of their leading facilitators. In 2005 he started his own training company and is now delivering successfully in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, working for a wide range of organisations.

Danny has a unique, energetic style of training that makes his courses stand out from the rest both in terms of enjoyment on the day and tangible, practical learning skills that can be implemented afterwards. By using humour and real-life everyday examples, Danny inspires others to learn and develop.

He works with many key clients (e.g., the National Health Service, Liverpool City Council, Revolution Vodka Bars & Restaurants, Musgrave Retail GB, Gulf Air, Jaguar Land Rover, Easynet, Dennis Publishing, Glen Dimplex, Intelliflo etc) and has continued to work extensively with Barclays & Barclaycard. In addition he secured Preferred Supplier status with Tesco retail. His training takes in an impressive range of sectors, including leisure, manufacturing, banking/finance, retail, HR, software designers, publishing, local authorities and private schools.

Danny has also undertaken a number of consultancy assignments in the customer service field, including:

Designed and delivered bespoke customer service courses for front-line NHS staff who deal with challenging customers

Delivered an 18-month development programme with Barclays Retail staff working in their newly designed branches & back-office telephony areas to ensure a consistent and innovative approach to customer service.

Danny is based in Liverpool but works nationwide.
